Ordering Policy

When ordering from us, you may order online at our secure site anytime, or call 254-675-1290 during regular store hours 9:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday, Central Time. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Orders are normally shipped in 1 –2 days; please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. Let us know if you need express shipping for faster delivery.

If you live in Texas we must collect 6.75% sales tax.

Shipping Info

  • Orders shipped within the Continental U.S. (Lower 48 U.S. states)
    • Express, overnight, 2nd day air & 3 day select shipping must be made by special request and will require extra charges.
  • Shipping to Canada
    • To save on shipping, you may wish to use one of the services that allows you to ship to a US address on the border where you can pickup your package. Two of these services are Ship to the Border and Pic It Up.

  • Shipping outside the Lower 48 U.S. states
    • You must Contact Us, email us or call 254-675-1290 and we will take your order personally.
    • We calculate shipping rates and charges according to weight and destination. International Shipping included.
    • Additional duties and taxes MAY apply to foreign shipments as dictated by customs and receiving countries taxation policies.
    • We ship UPS standard or express at our cost which will be provided in our shipping quote.
  • Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO and military addresses will ship USPS Priority mail.
  • Please use a full and correct address when ordering. Thank You!
  • All shipments are insured and shipped as soon as possible - normally within 1 - 2 days.
  • Express shipping is available per your request.



Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. Contact us as soon as possible by email or call 254-675-1290.
  2. Please include your name and order #.
  3. We will give you a return authorization #, which you should write on the outside of the shipping box.
  4. You should safely pack the item(s) in it's original box(es) with labels and tags intact. Use packing material to carefully pack the item in the shipping box so the item(s) will arrive safely. Please write on the outside of the shipping box that it contains Glass .
  5. You should insure the package, and return it to us at your expense. If you fail to insure the package, and it arrives damaged, then this will result in your loss.
  6. After we receive your package, we will inspect the item, checking that it is in new condition with labels & tags in place and in the items original box.
  7. We will then CHEERFULLY refund your purchase price minus shipping and handling cost.
  8. We strive to make this an easy and pleasant experience.

Damaged Shipment

If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately or call 254-675-1290. Be sure to include your Name, Order# and Phone#. You will need to save all shipping boxes, packing material, and the damaged items for the claim inspector. We will notify the carrier and will send your replacement as soon as possible after the claim is filed.
